Descripción The objective of this research is to demonstrate the magnitude of inequality in the social fabric, the lack of opportunity of the population in the search for their well-being, allows us to argue that the style of development that prevails in Panama is not providing an answer for the vast majority of Panamanians who see their standard of living decline. To understand the problem we must determine the event of income distribution in Panama and understand the dynamics of fiscal policy and how to encompass the concept of distribution. Interpreting that the prospects of advancement for those who have a low standard of living are scarce, it is precisely necessary to explain the dilemma with the issue of wealth distribution, so what are we going to analyze? And what is going to be measured? and from that measurement explain how income is distributed in a society like ours.
Descripción El objetivo de esta investigación es demostrar la magnitud de la desigualdad en el tejido social, la falta de oportunidad de la población en la búsqueda de su bienestar, permiten argumentar que el estilo de desarrollo que impera en Panamá no está dando respuesta para la gran mayoría de los panameños que ven desmejorar su nivel de vida. Para entender el problema debemos determinar el evento de la distribución del ingreso en Panamá y comprender la dinámica de la política fiscal y como abarcar el concepto de la distribución. Interpretar que las perspectivas de ascender los que tienen un nivel de vida bajo son escasos, precisamente es necesario explicar la disyuntiva con el tema de distribución del ingreso, entonces ¿qué es lo que vamos a analizar? y ¿qué es lo que se va a medir? y a partir de esa medición explicar cómo se reparte en una sociedad como la nuestra la riqueza que se genera.
