Descripción This research aimed to understand the levels of correlation between self-efficacy and vocational maturity among the students of 90 Colegio Secundario La Peña, 2023. It is a descriptive correlational study with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative), and a non-experimental research design. The sample consisted of students. The Pearson correlation coefficient was used to establish the levels of relationship between the two variables. The vocational self-efficacy scale by Filippis (2017) and the vocational maturity questionnaire by López (2017) were employed. The results indicated that there is a significant correlation between self-efficacy and vocational maturity in 90th-grade students. Based on these results, it is concluded that self-efficacy is related to vocational maturity, providing knowledge and strengths that will aid them in choosing their career choice.
Descripción Esta investigación se trazó como objetivo conocer los niveles de correlación entre autoeficacia y la madurez vocacional en los estudiantes de 90 Colegio Secundario La Peña, 2023. Es un estudio de tipo descriptivo correlacional con enfoque mixto (cuantitativo y cualitativo), diseño de investigación no experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada de estudiantes. Se utilizó el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson para establecer los niveles de relación que existen entre las dos variables. Se empleó la escala de autoeficacia vocacional de Filippis (2017) y el cuestionario de madurez vocacional de López (2017). Como resultados se obtuvo que existe correlación significativa, entre la autoeficacia y madurez vocacional en los estudiantes de 90 grado. Ante estos resultados se concluye que la autoeficacia se relaciona con la madurez vocacional, proporcionan conocimientos y fortalezas que le servirán para una elección de su carrera.
