Descripción This study analyzes the relationship between resilience, self-esteem, stress and anger in divorced and/or separated men advised by the Mi Papá Foundation.  With a quantitative approach and correlational descriptive design, 38 men participated, to whom validated instruments were applied: the Wagnild and Young Resilience Scale adapted by Novella in 2002, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale translated by Echeburua in 1995, the Levenstein Perceived Stress Questionnaire and the STAXI-2 Anger Expression Inventory.  The results showed a significant positive correlation between resilience and self-esteem, suggesting that a higher level of resilience is associated with high self-esteem, as well as a negative relationship between resilience and stress, indicating that high levels of resilience contribute to a lower perception of stress.    Likewise, stress was positively related to the trait of anger, indicating that greater stress is associated with a predisposition to experience anger. No significant correlations were found between resilience and anger, nor between self-esteem and anger.  It is concluded that the strengthening of resilience and self-esteem could favor the emotional well-being of this population, and the design of psychoeducational interventions focused on emotional regulation and stress management is suggested.
