Descripción This work seeks to analyze the substantive regulatory framework in agrarian matters of the countries of Panama and Mexico with the purpose of identifying its main qualities, innovations and differences, this will allow us to know the different legal and social contexts within Latin American agrarian law, allowing us to propose actions, figures and regulations that seek to address the needs of people who work and exploit the land as a means of livelihood.
Descripción Este trabajo buscar analizar el marco normativo sustantivo en materia agraria de los países de Panamá y México con la finalidad de identificar sus principales cualidades, innovaciones y diferencias, esto permitirá conocer los distintos contextos jurídicos y sociales dentro del derecho agrario latinoamericano permitiendo proponer acciones, figuras y regulaciones que busquen atender las necesidades de las persona que se dedican al trabajo y explotación de la tierra como forma sustento.
