This essay seeks to provide the reader with a snapshot of the current context of personal data where we find ourselves with innumerable paradoxes when considering their illegal or legal use according to the political context of the moment and not due to actions as such. That is why I have given myself the task of providing the reader with an essay written from common sense where we find situations of great importance that have gone unnoticed and other similar ones that have been judged in the harshest way based on a clear subjective preference and not objective, where Human Rights seem to not exist. El presente ensayo busca brindarle al lector un pantallazo del contexto actual de los datos personales donde nos encontramos con innumerables paradojas al considerar el uso de los mismos ilícito o licito según el contexto político del momento y no por las acciones como tal. Es por eso que me he dado la tarea de brindar al lector un ensayo escrito desde el sentido común donde nos encontramos con situaciones de gran trascendencia que han pasado desapercibidas y otras parecidas que han sido juzgadas de la manera más dura atendiendo a una clara preferencia subjetiva y no objetiva, y donde los Derechos Humanos parecen no existir.
