Descripción Criminal protection against attacks on individual freedom not only includes the illegal deprivation of liberty, but also another multiplicity of criminal behaviors in which the common core is to punish all those acts that affect the individual freedom of the passive subject, that is, freedom of movement, although they also stand out among the same differentiating features, as happens with the crime of kidnapping, which is the agent's motive for profit, while in illegal detentions, the agent is not responsible for the deprivation of freedom in a penitentiary center, but it does nothing to put an end to that irregularity that
affects the passive subject.
Descripción La protección penal contra la libertad individual no solo comprende la privación ilegal de la libertad, sino también otra multiplicidad de conductas delictivas en las que tienen como núcleo común castigar todos aquellos actos que afectan la libertad individual del sujeto pasivo, es decir, la libertad de locomoción, aunque también se destacan entre las mismas, rasgos diferenciadores, como sucede con el delito de secuestro, que es el ánimo de lucro el móvil del agente, mientras que en las detenciones ilegales, el agente no es responsable de la privación de libertad en un centro penitenciario, pero no hace nada para ponerle fin a esa irregularidad que afecta al sujeto pasivo.
