Descripción The subject of civil liability in general has gained exceptional validity, there is currently no Legal magazine that is edited in private law, where at least one article that refers to the right of damages is not recorded. The art of healing, due to its connection with life and health, has been one of the most interesting topics in the legal sector. And it is that a general trend at the national and international level has influenced in such a way that the medical issue is no longer considered exclusively within the ethical and moral parameters to be considered in its legal consequences. The doctrine and jurisprudence, to this effect, have been conclusive in attributing responsibility for medical fault and imposing on the doctors the duty to indemnify any damage that is attributable to them.
Descripción Tema de la responsabilidad civil en general ha cobrado excepcional vigencia, no existe en la actualidad revista Jurídica que se edite en el derecho privado, donde no se consigne por lo menos un artículo que se refiera al derecho de daños.   El arte de curar por su conexión con la vida y la salud, ha sido uno de los temas mayormente de interés en el sector jurídico. Y es que una tendencia generalizada a nivel nacional e internacional ha influido de manera tal, que la cuestión médica, ha dejado de considerarse exclusivamente dentro de los parámetros éticos y morales para ser considerados en sus consecuencias jurídicas.   La doctrina y la jurisprudencia, al efecto han sido contestes en atribuir responsabilidad por culpa médica e imponer a los galenos el deber de indemnizar, todo daño que le sea imputable.
