Descripción The epistemology of law is extremely varied. Currently there are many currents of thought and ways of conceiving the law, which really makes us think that we must renew the traditional conception or Kelsen's theory about the systematic ordering of law, where there is a rule par excellence that is the constitution.
 
Supervenience is a metaphysical concept where dependence exists on the relationship of high and low order factors. There may be strong or weak or partially weak supervenience. Hence, supervenience is the (...) set of properties of one type and the set of properties of another type. While a good variety of theses on supervenience have been proposed, they all converge on a given interpretation of the notion of dependence. ((Rodrigo, 2015) -
This research work is based on the reading of the monograph entitled supervenience and legal content of Enrique Villanueva, a very dense and interesting scientific article.
Descripción La epistemología del derecho es sumamente variada.  Actualmente existen muchas corrientes de pensamiento y formas de concebir el derecho, que realmente nos hace pensar que hay que renovar la concepción tradicional o la teoría de Kelsen sobre el ordenamiento sistemático del derecho,  donde existe una norma por excelencia que es la constitución.
 
La superveniencia es un concepto metafísico en donde existe dependencia en la relación de factores de alto y bajo orden. Puede existir superveniencia fuerte o débil o parcialmente débil. De allí que la superveniencia es el (…) conjunto de propiedades de un tipo y el conjunto de propiedades de otro tipo. Si bien han sido propuestas una buena variedad de tesis sobre la superveniencia, todas ellas convergen en una interpretación determinada de la noción de dependencia.  (Rodrigo, 2015)
Este trabajo de investigación está basado en la lectura de la monografía titulada superveniencia y contenido legal de Enrique Villanueva, un artículo científico muy denso e interesante.
