Descripción The Brazilian construction sector faces persistent challenges related to rework, technical failures, and low productivity, which significantly affect project performance and increase operational costs. Within this context, the Service Verification Form (FVS) emerges as a key tool in Quality Management Systems, providing standardization, technical traceability, and conformity control in construction activities. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the FVS as a technical control instrument, identifying its contributions, limitations, and opportunities for improvement in a real construction environment. The research employed an applied, exploratory, mixed-methods approach, using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire administered to eight professionals, complemented by qualitative analysis of open-ended responses. Results indicate a predominantly positive perception of the FVS regarding activity monitoring and reduction of execution failures, although challenges such as system slowness, irregular training practices, and dependence on technical support still restrict its optimal use. The discussion highlights the need for stronger alignment between digital tools, continuous training, and an organizational culture committed to quality. The study concludes that the FVS is effective in supporting technical control and improving process reliability, but its full potential depends on structural system improvements, managerial engagement, and strategies that enhance standardization and operational efficiency within construction sites.
