Descripción What we present below is the result of a research carried out in 2023, which analyzes the value of human rights as a fundamental objective to achieve sustainable development in the 2030 Agenda, which proposes 17 Objectives, of which States are committed to establish an action plan with the purpose of strengthening peace, reducing poverty (SDG1), guaranteeing protection to the planet, reducing inequality, and in general, promoting and protecting human rights, and in which in this work we focus on the Right to Development, with special consideration to the right to work (SDG 8), to a healthy environment (SDG 6,13,14,15), to quality education (SDG4), to the right to equality and non-discrimination (SDG5,10), the right to peace, which implies the right to live in peaceful societies with legal security, to have access to justice (SDG16), to live without poverty (SDG1), without water scarcity (SDG1). SDG6), with quality education, without illiteracy (SDG4), and without social inequality (SDG 10). With this study we determine the current situation of the 2030 Agenda of the Panamanian State regarding the right to development in the context of the right to peace and justice, the Action Plans that have been prepared and we know the challenges that our country has, considering the deficiencies reported in our country, in terms of education, security, education, among others.
Descripción Lo que presentamos a continuación es el resultado de una investigación desarrollada en el año 2023, que analiza el valor de los derechos humanos como un objetivo fundamental para alcanzar el desarrollo sostenible en la Agenda 2030 que plantea 17 Objetivos, de los cuales los Estados se comprometen a establecer un plan de acción con la finalidad de fortalecer la paz, reducir la pobreza (ODS1), garantizar una protección al planeta, reducir la desigualdad, y en general, promover y proteger los derechos humanos, y en la que en este trabajo nos centramos respecto al Derecho al Desarrollo, con especial consideración al derecho al trabajo (ODS 8), a un medio ambiente sano (ODS 6,13,14,15), a una educación de calidad (ODS4), al derecho a la igualdad y no discriminación (ODS5,10), el derecho a la paz, que implica el derecho a vivir en sociedades pacíficas con seguridad jurídica, a tener acceso a la justicia (ODS16), a vivir sin pobreza ( ODS1), sin escasez de agua(ODS6), con una educación de calidad, sin analfabetismo (ODS4), y sin desigualdad social (ODS 10). Con este estudio determinamos, la situación actual de la Agenda 2030 del Estado Panameño respecto al derecho al desarrollo en el contexto del derecho a la paz y justicia, los Planes de Acción que se han elaborado y conocemos de los retos que tiene nuestro país, tomando en cuenta las deficiencias en que se denuncian en nuestro país, en materia de educación, de seguridad, entre otros.
