Descripción The crimes against economic assets punished in the Penal Code are of different nature, and there are those that are carried out with the aim of enriching themselves, of appropriating other people's movable or immovable property, in which we have the crime of theft, fraud and misappropriation, facts that the Community Peace Justice system also deals with in a similar way, as long as the amount does not exceed One Thousand Balboas ($1000.00).
The recidivism of the mentioned crimes at the level of the Community Peace Justice system is worrying, although there are no statistics available, the reality is that there is recidivism and multiple recidivism, and the State must proceed to provide an effective response, since the criminal once and He carries out these acts again, pays the fine, and repeats these actions, damaging people's economic assets.
Descripción Los delitos contra el patrimonio económico castigados en el Código Penal son de distinta naturaleza, y están aquellos que se realizan con el ánimo de enriquecerse, de apropiarse de cosas muebles o inmuebles ajenas, en las que tenemos el delito el hurto, estafa y apropiación indebida, hechos que de manera similar también se ocupa la Justicia Comunitaria de Paz, siempre que la cuantía no exceda a los mil balboas (B/1 000).
Es preocupante la reincidencia en los hechos antes mencionados en el plano de la Justicia Comunitaria de Paz, aunque no haya estadísticas, pues la realidad es que hay reincidencia y multirreincidencia, y el Estado debe dar una respuesta efectiva, pues el delincuente una y otra vez realiza estos hechos, paga la multa, y vuelve a repetir estas acciones perjudicando el patrimonio económico de las personas.
