Descripción This article will describe the new challenges that the municipalities of the country will take on, since it decentralizes the Public Administration and Dictates Other Provisions, modified by Law N.66 of October 29th, 2015, (Official Gazette, 2017) granting of funds raised from real estate by each municipality, so that they can develop investment projects within the community. With decentralization, it is sought to encourage each municipality to have its own growth and self- sufficiency in accordance with the established laws, therefore each one will have the responsibility of reinforcing the administrative functions with personnel specialized in the planning, formulation, presentation, execution and maintenance of projects, which will ensure that each work is executed in the most professional manner possible.
Descripción En este artículo se describirá los nuevos retos que asumirán los Municipios del país, dado que se Descentraliza La Administración Pública y Dicta Otras Disposiciones, Modificada por la Ley 66 del 29 de octubre de 2015, (Gaceta Oficial, 2017) en donde se establece el otorgamiento de los fondos recaudados de bienes inmuebles por cada municipio, para que puedan desarrollar proyectos de inversión dentro de la comunidad.
Con la descentralización, se busca fomentar que cada municipio tenga un crecimiento propio y autosuficiente de acuerdo al cumplimiento de las leyes establecidas, por eso cada uno tendrá la responsabilidad de reforzar las funciones administrativas con personal especializado en la planeación, formulación, presentación, ejecución y mantenimiento de proyectos, los cuales asegurarán que cada obra se ejecute de la manera más profesional posible.
